What is Conflict Coaching?
Conflict Coaching is offered to individuals who are experiencing high levels of stress or difficulty, due to a challenging situation, and for where mediation is either not appropriate or not an option.
The Conflict Coach will work with the individual to help them build strategies to deal with the situation they are facing. This could be a family situation, such as managing difficult relationships or situations, or it could be to support someone in their work situation e.g. someone managing a demanding new role or team, or to support someone to change patterns of behaviour when it comes to dealing with challenging situations or behaviours in others.
